We're kicking things off at the Oceanica Resort entrance. You'll need to assemble there, on time, please, no dilly-dallying to register at the event desk. Then, it's straight onto the festival shuttle bus, which is setting off at 12:00 PM sharp. The bus will whisk you away (a brisk 45-minute journey, so no time for a lengthy nap) to the Loboc River. Once there, you'll quickly jump onto a boat for a rather lovely festive buffet lunch. As the boat glides through the Bohol jungle, you're expected to do the usual: relax, have a proper natter with the other guests, try to meet a new friend, queue up for a cold beer, have a good sing-along with the live band, and generally fill up your camera roll. After two hours of glorious feasting and mild aquatic adventure, we’ll herd you all back onto the bus, aiming to arrive back at the Oceanica Resort at 4:00 PM.

Right then, after surviving the jungle cruise, you'll be back at 4:00 PM with an hour to sort yourselves out. You can either dash off for a much-needed freshen-up—a quick shower, perhaps, after that sweaty escapade—or skip the faff entirely! If you're late or just joining for the evening's fun, head straight to the registration table at the Oceanica entrance to grab your wristbands. Everyone else, just follow those tiki torches straight to the Oceanica beachfront. It’s sunset hour, which means the cocktails, canapés, and proper entertainment are ready and waiting! Grab a tipple, have a good chinwag, and soak up the island's beauty. This is the best time to mingle, get to know everyone and maybe even meet your new partner in crime on the dance floor or karaoke room! Now, a small note: dinner won't be served, but we'll have plenty of light snacks to tide you over(does Lechon count as a snack?). But that certainly won't stop a big group scoot-off later! For those craving sizzling sisig and an ice-cold San Miguel, plan a grand communal trip to the party side of the island (Alona Beach). Did someone mention pre-wedding karaoke night?! We bloody hope so!

The main event has landed! Get up, grab your breakfast, and use the last few hours to perfect that tan. We insist you turn up in your brightest, most festive solid colours and make an effort to be punctual (Filipino time does not exist on this day!). We'll be congregating around the pool and beach area for some pre-ceremony socialising and banter. Prepare yourselves for a day of pure festival fun!

Hangovers out, sun cream on! Skip the shower, grab your swim gear, and join us for the final glorious chapter: a half-day of sun, sea, and sand. We're gathering at the Panglao Boat Pier! Look out for the wedding team. They will be waiting for us there. We'll be speeding across to the nearby islands (a quick 20–25 minutes max between stops). Fingers crossed for a dolphin escort! We’ll start with a quick dip at the Virgin Island sandbar before moving on to Balicasag Island, where the turtles like to hang out just under the water. Lunch is a communal, Boodle Fight feast. Get ready to eat with your hands like proper royalty! We’ve set aside loads of time for snorkelling and lounging before we return to the pier at 4:00 PM for final hugs and farewells. What a bloody fantastic weekend it’s been!
